I'm a Seattle-based Product Manager at Microsoft and part-time Human-Centered Design student at UW.
I love working on problems that require creative and complex solutions, as well as people-focused and
systems-based thinking.
I have a proven track record of conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative technology solutions to

Created using XGBoost, this Gradient Boosting Machine model predicts how high the critics of wine magazines will rate a wine on a 100-point scale. The model has an accuracy of ~98%, which demonstrates how wine tasting is as much an art as a science.
Machine Learning, RegressionThis is a console-based version of Blackjack written in C++. The rules are slightly simplified so check out the instructions document before you start playing. Your table is ready!
Object Oriented Programming, BlackjackWritten in C++, this program defragments a virtual disk, ensuring that files are rearranged on a virtual
disk in the most effective way possible. Disk blocks are rearranged such that the blocks of every file are in
sequence and contiguous, and any free space is consolidated at the end of the disk.
Note: Some of the files required to run the program are proprietary and have not been included.
This model is a classifier that can find the localization site of a protein in yeast, based on 8 attributes. The Yeast dataset that it trains on was obtained from the UC Irvine Machine Learning repository.

Many theatregoers struggle to fully enjoy live performances due to language barriers, unfamiliar cultural references, or difficulties following complex dialogue and staging.
These glasses help make live theatre more accessible by providing live translations and scene descriptions/cultural context without disrupting the viewing experience.
This is a marketing plan I pitched to a Director at
Automation Anywhere in Apr 2019 on behalf of my CS Club board members.
The ask was for funding and company support to host
an RPA workshop on UC Davis campus.
We must have done something right, because they approved the entire budget
we requested, and even came back the next year with more employees for another event!
This is a marketing plan for Forever 21, focused on introducing a new product line.
The reason for the new line was to boost brand preference in a
key demographic of fashion-moderate students that was being alienated by the current product lineup.
This was pitched to a panel of industry professionals by a 7-person
team that I led in May 2019.

Growing up, I swam 6 days a week, 2 to 5 hours a day. So when I picked up
water polo in college, it felt like I had been paying my dues all through grade school.
My specialties include precise shooting and no-look passes: unpredictable to EVERYONE, including
my teammates!
There's a reason why they call it "The Beautiful Game"; soccer brings people of all backgrounds and
lifestyles together. I played on my high school team all four years, and some of my best
friends were made through the sport. I've gained leadership and communication skills through
soccer and learned how to grind it out when it feels like you have nothing left.
Between ankle injuries and concussions, I've given a lot to
this sport; but it's given me a lot in return as well!
The spotlight is something I've always enjoyed. I started playing guitar in sixth grade and was
the lead singer of two bands for the next 7 years. In college, I co-starred in the department's
mainstage production and did improv and musicals on the side too.
Getting comfortable on stage has benefits in business; public speaking is enjoyable, pressure
is easier to deal with, and you have less trouble thinking on the spot!
A quintessential part of the California experience, I wouldn't be able to honestly call
myself a Cali boy if I didn't surf. Nothing clears your head like a day out
on the water with no phone, no distractions, and no deadlines.
Great technique isn't my biggest strength: the willingness to look like an idiot
is. And what I lack
in technical skill I make up with my ability to take a beating from the ocean!
